While some product quality features can be seen when you receive a Fibergrate shipment, the most important features become apparent over time. A poorly made FRP solution will eventually become visually apparent due to exposure to the environmental conditions. We are now permanently labeling our products. We have always held ourselves accountable for the products we manufacture, and we want you to know that if you see the Fibergrate label, you are getting authentic Fibergrate products.
Careful consideration was put into the design and method of labeling our products. We wanted a label that lasted, so years down the road, you will be able to see that although the grating might be outdated, it is still performing. Luckily, we are in the business of making products that last, so choosing a material that lasts was an easy decision.
Fibergrate Molded Grating
On all molded grating panels, Fibergrate is now embossed on each piece of grating. This emboss appears 19-1/2” from the corner on the two long sides of the panel.
Fibergrate Pultruded Grating
Our pultruded grating panels are marked with stickers with the Fibergrate logo on them which has the part number and the lot number of the grating.
Fibergrate Fabricated Solutions
Each fabricated structural part is marked with a label with the Fibergrate logo and the part number related to the part which can be matched with the same item on our assembly drawings. Larger structural assemblies are marked with a sticker which lists Fibergrate’s phone number and website to help you as an owner easily contact Fibergrate in the future.
